Having worked as the No.1 Life Coach in Fitness First UK providing personal and executive coaching; Co-hosting on Award Winning Radio Sisterhood TV – “Living your Best Life”, and  Performance Coaching with Thames Valley University, Patricia’s knowledge, passion and joy in coaching is clearly seen.

Specialising in working with women, her Practice has brought her before women of standing and influence and provided valuable experience and expertise.

Patricia is a presenter and keynote speaker with a strong emphasis on women, their self-esteem, emotional health, and relationships. She has addressed audiences at local and national level displaying insight, charm and a winning sense of humour.

Patricia trained with the renowned Curly Martin of Achievement Specialists; the Coaching Academy, the UK’s original and largest coaching school and Thames Valley University.  She also trained with NLP Excellence, an outstanding provider of NLP and Hypnotherapy education.

Her work has enjoyed the active support and endorsement from Deputy Prime Minister Harriet Harman who was her keynote speaker for her International Women’s Week event, as well as from Health Expert Rosemary Conley.

Other respected professionals including international journalist and magazine editor Sherry Dixon, producer, broadcaster and writer, Seltzer Cole have enjoyed working alongside her from time to time.

Patricia’s commercial experiences include the Canadian High Commission where she worked in International Trade and Commerce (ITC), as well as several years in publishing and law.
