"I've learned so much about myself and my potential, Patricia is a really great Life Coach, from the first session I felt an instant bond with her. She really listened to me and I enjoyed the exercises she gave me each week, thanks to Patricia I'm a changed woman, I really am."

Liz Smith - Beautician

"I knew I needed something different and this was it for me, my career was in the doldrums, I wasn't satisfied and felt very frustrated. As a man I was taught to believe that I could do it on my own, now I know different. My Life Coach, Patricia was patient and asked all the right questions and what's more I discovered I already knew the answers. I'd simply been afraid to confront my fears, my doubts, so they remained a barrier to my success. Now, with the support of my Life Coach, I've decided to change my job and put my degree to use. Honestly, I should have used a Life Coach years ago!"
