Body Language and Voice: How voice, posture and gestures affect the way others experience your behaviour. Body Language that conveys confidence.
Managing Inner Dialogue: Thoughts that work against us instead of for us. How beliefs are formed, how they limit us and how they're expressed.

Pre-Workshop Site Planning Meeting: Patricia will come to your Office (or place of business/venue) to discuss the needs of your organisation, in order to plan the most effective Programme for you.
Follow Up Sessions: These are available by arrangement and are geared to further develop and enhance the skills acquired (by employees/staff) who have attended previous Seminars/Workshops and/or Training Days with Patricia.
