“Patricia, I don`t even know where to begin. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU so  much for inviting me first of all and allowing me to be apart of such a special event. You were just AMAZING, you have this fantastic energy about you   that speaks for itself and I must say, being in the same room as you I suddenly found myself at this place of calmness that I haven’t felt to the fullest in a long time. What an achievement.

I`m in absolute awe of you. I have to say there are many things that put a smile on my face  I`ve come away feeling more energetic than I am anyway :) , inspired, blessed, grateful, honoured, motivated and determined to make further changes then  I already have in my life. The love in the room was ELECTRIC!!  I came away wanting more.

You must get this from so many of your clients. However let me just say that I feel  I’ve been gifted  with you ....and the wonderfully strange thing about this is that, I feel like I’ve known you for years, I suppose that speaks for itself.”

Sheena Patel,
Actress

“Patrica you are truly inspired and you make a huge contribution to the world. I find your gifts tremendously soul lifting."

Pauline Rothwell,

"This is so worth any penny, you are phenomenal; every woman needs you in their life. I have managed to walk away from a relationship that was emotionally painful and begun to be strong again, thanks Patricia."

Justine Ward,

Relaxation Factor

Patricia takes a very holistic view to coaching and believes it is very important to remember that we are mind, body and spirit and self care and relaxation cannot be overemphasized.

Living such fabulous but busy lives times must be regularly set aside for unhurried repose and leisure.

Regular holidays, long weekends, spa retreats, wonderful massages all combine to make life less frenetic and more enjoyable.

Enjoying the theatre, dance, galleries, museums, libraries, cafes and bistros, are fun and a learning experience, great on your own or with a loved one.

One of her secret pleasures include sneaking out for an afternoon showing of a film in the middle of busy London and gently sipping a glass of cabernet whilst watching the show.  Its feels really mischievous having some fun in the middle of the afternoon when everyone is hard at work!

Had you booked your holidays yet, or at least scheduled in a long weekend? Perhaps its time to plan a massage or lunch with your girlfriends, whatever it is, make it a priority right now.

In the meantime, here are some ideas you can choose from as a way to take a load off and chill:

  • Sit under a waterfall or by a stream or watch the ocean

  • Watch the clouds float by

  • Stare up at the evening sky and the stars

  • Dance like no one is watching

  • Go for a run

  • Write in your journal

  • Paint or write

  • Enjoy a belly laugh

  • Engage with a child
